I waited a long time to have my MAC desktop serviced as I know nothing about computers and had little trust in service people. Tom has restored my faith and trust in humanity! He had my computer up and running great within a day, even though he told me it might take a few days. In addition, his cost was exactly what he quoted and minimal for the outcome.

I found Tom online via a google search and reached out for help with my trackpad on my Mac. We emailed about my issue and arranged a time for my to drop my computer off. He quoted me a very reasonable price/time (labor costs and done within 48 hours) and I was pleasantly surprised that his labor costs came in less than estimated and the job was done within a couple of hours! I would happily recommend Tom to anyone!

Needed some hardware replaced on my laptop. Delmartian's quote was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than their competitors. Went with them and the final price was even lower with insanely fast turnaround times! Can't recommend them enough for work like this!
